The Titan's safe body has been tested and certified to ENC Grade III by an independent laboratory. Every unit is functionally tested before dispatch. The certification documentation is available on request.

Everything you need to know before ordering
Yes. The Titan is engineered to accommodate virtually all automatic watch movements, including oversized cases. The velvet-lined winding modules fit case diameters from 34mm up to 48mm+ and standard crown positions. Contact us before ordering if you have an unusually large or irregular case, and we will confirm compatibility.
The Japanese Mabuchi motors operate at under 10dB — quieter than a library. You will not hear the Titan from across the room. In a bedroom environment, it is completely inaudible during normal sleep.
The electronic locking system retains the last programmed state. Your watches remain secured inside. Access is restored immediately when power resumes. The winding motors resume automatically according to your last programmed settings. We recommend pairing with a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) for continuous operation during extended outages.
Due to the Titan's size and weight, it ships via specialist freight and is not eligible for our standard All-Inclusive Shipping option. For USA orders, import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility upon delivery — we are unable to pre-pay these on your behalf for safe shipments. We will do our best to minimise any charges and will advise on what to expect before dispatch. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about duties in your country.
Each Titan is built to order — not pulled from a warehouse shelf. The production process includes hand-finishing of the exterior, custom interior configuration, motor calibration, and ENC certification testing — all of which take 3–6 weeks. Delivery requires specialist freight handling due to the safe's weight (190–370kg), adding a further 4–9 weeks. We update you at each stage and provide full tracking from dispatch.
If you are not satisfied within 14 days of receiving your Titan, you may return the item for a full refund. Please note that bespoke and personalised orders may be subject to different terms.
Yes. The door hinge can be reversed so the door opens to the left or right, depending on your room layout. Simply specify your preference when placing your order or contact our team before production begins.
