Very nice product, easy to install and program. Perhaps the door could be stronger and more secure.

Legacy Case - Luxury Biometric Watch Box with Fingerprint Lock
Store owner replied: Thank you, Bader! We’re very happy to hear that. We consider USB-C a natural upgrade for future generations, and we really appreciate your feedback.
Product as advertised. Very good looking. Well constructed.
This is a surprisingly good winder. I've had several, all more than $4K each, and this one is better quality for less than half the price. It was insanely well packed (foam padding inside a thin wooden crate, in turn inside a cardboard box), beautifully polished, and allows you to set direction and tph PER WATCH which was only available on the most expensive winder I had previously. I highly recommend this, and I will likely buy another 2 watch winder for my son from the same company.
The entire experience was great. The finish is beautiful and the set up was pretty easy thanks to Chat GPT, helping me determine wind direction and TPD. Two comments: I think it would be a simple thing…place a sticker or add to your directions that to open the door for the first time simply press your finger up to the finger print scanner. Also, the drawer face plate is falling off. All the staples are too short. Not sure how I am going to fix it yet. Overall-great!
GREAT 2 WATCH WINDER!!! It was packaged impeccably and arrived quickly after purchase. Thanks for a beautiful product. Shipped to USA.
Excellent sales experience!!! Very cool product.

This organization has been wonderful to work with and very responsive. I would most definitely order a watch winder from them again. My 9 watch winder has been working well and is beautifully finished.
The Aristocrat is a beautiful winder. I'm very happy with the product and it is easy to operate and set each winder to the watch. Well packaged with no damage.
Great product. Well made and good looking
Very nice! Functional and looks great

All Perfect

Thanks for the great service!
Perfect product and service! Extremely happy!
The delivery went smoothly, within a reasonable timeframe, and the safe was very well packaged, so everything is fine on that front. However, I did encounter some difficulties, now resolved, setting up the device and adjusting the rotation modules. This was due to an extremely brief instruction manual, which provides virtually no specific information on these aspects. For the price of this device, you could make an effort in this regard. Similarly, changing the access code isn't really explained, and I still haven't been able to modify it to my liking. Finally, this safe comes with wall mounting screws, but again, without any instructions on how to install them or where the screw holes are located. I don't see myself tearing through the leather to find these holes, nor am I going to disassemble parts to do so.
Prestige Secure - Watch Winder Safe Box
Store owner replied: Thank you, Jacques, for your detailed feedback. We are pleased that the delivery and packaging met your expectations, but we fully agree that the instructions should be more comprehensive. We are reviewing the manual to improve the guidance on module settings, access-code changes, and wall mounting. Our support team will also be happy to assist you directly with changing the code and locating the mounting points.
Arrived quickly, looks good, works as advertised. Have had 4 watches in there for a month, they've stayed perfectly wound. What more can you ask for.
It is perfect. My husband loves it!
It’s definitely what I needed for my watch collection. Now to purchase more watches!
Very happy with the Customer Service!
Great product!
High quality, very happy with it
Beautiful safe. Well made and spins perfectly. Do not hesitate, it’s worth every penny.
Great product, as advertised
I managed to shoehorn the 44 mm IWC Perpetual into the winder. Between the Cartier (bottom left) and the Breitling
Larger & heavier than expected, but also the quality is beyond expectation. Looks very exclusive and easy operation.
Outstanding customer service! Our first spinner was delivered, but my son had trouble opening the door - was a struggle after a few trouble shooting suggestions from your team. At the end, you sent us a brand new unit -which my son said works perfectly now - opens door with ease - as it should. We are very pleased with your customer service
Excellent purchase. Quiet and beautiful to look at!
Very nice 👌
Solid product. Good quality and value. Shipping took longer than expected, but not unreasonably. Recommend.
I really like the unit. Looks and works great. The Owners Manual is not good, and it takes a while to figure out how it works.
Store owner replied: Thank you for your review, William. We really appreciate it. Glad to hear you’re happy with the unit. We also appreciate the feedback on the manual. We’re currently improving it with clearer setup steps, better explanation of the start/stop cycle, and more detailed guidance on remote functions like RPM settings. Happy to hear the video guide helped, and we’re always here if you need anything further. — Time Spinners
Excellent customer service when the merchandise was lost in transit. Still a bit of a wait to receive it, but my husband loves it. The follow-up from customer service to make sure it received was appreciated.

Prestige Secure - Watch Winder Safe Box
Store owner replied: Thank you for your review, Bruno. We’re glad to hear everything is working well now! Regarding your question: the external battery pack is only intended for temporary or emergency use. It provides power if the internal batteries run out, allowing you to open the safe. In normal use, the safe operates on the internal batteries, so the external battery does not need to remain connected. If you have any further questions, we’re always happy to help!
